The homeowners are enjoying a total utility bill (including heat and air conditioning) that averages $55 to $60 a month because of the ground source heat pump that was installed. Custom milled natural finished Alder was the choice of wood for interior finish and staircase. Because the homeowners were so elated with the outcome of their lake home and the trust and friendship built between them and A&H Construction, work began on an addition to their Duluth, MN home in the fall of 2006. |
