This home was designed by Souliyahn and Tia Keobounpheng of Silvercocoon in Minneapolis.   The home is built on a smaller hillside lot in Duluth, MN with a spectacular view of Lake Superior.  The owners wanted the house to be simple, functional and unique.    They wanted a structure that was not excessive, but utilized high quality materials and was visually artistic.  Therefore, the house is small, only 1,600 square feet.
